The Administrative Council is in charge of the finances and economics of the BLM. It decides on the annual budget and accounts as well as on the use of the fee raised for the provision of local services in Bavarian cable networks. The nine members are elected by the Media Council. Two members represent local communities and community associations, two represent commercial broadcasters.
